Refund and Returns Policy – Thread Theory
Overview
At Thread Theory, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items
- Any used or damaged items not due to our error
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirmation
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
